We are hiring for a Senior Business Analyst within Financial Crime Intelligence, Investigations & Analytics is to gather, interpret, and validate business requirements while proposing effective solutions to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technological solutions.
•

Gather and interpret business requirements. •

Document, review, and evaluate business processes to identify gaps and suggest development opportunities. •

Maintain, test, and improve business procedures. •

Discover and manage operational, financial, and technological risks. •

Gather critical information from stakeholders and create useful reports. •

Produce high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports to support decision-making. •

Act as a liaison between business and IT groups. •

Identify and utilize opportunities for improvement. •

Facilitate discussions with various stakeholder groups using business analysis expertise. •

Provide project-level analysis by producing required documentation (business requirements, use cases, scope matrix, UAT plan, etc.).

Key Skills and Experience:
•

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial context. •

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •

Ability to document and map business processes. •

Experience in stakeholder management. •

Excellent communication and presentation skills. •

Experience in Financial Crime or Compliance sectors. •

Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. •

Familiarity with project management methodologies. •

Experience with data analysis tools
